How do we store your data?

Personal data is retained solely for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise stated above, the data is retained as long as the data subject maintains a contractual relationship with ANTO.INFO.

In case of contract termination, if there are no other legal reasons to continue processing, the data will be retained only for the necessary periods to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and tax obligations, or to manage any claims or requests related to the Services provided.

User personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 3 years for marketing and customer loyalty purposes, unless stated otherwise above.

For anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing purposes, user data is retained for 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Personal data included in accounting records (quotes, purchase orders, and invoices) is retained for 10 years from the end of the fiscal year, to meet legal and administrative obligations.

Payment-related data is directly entered and processed by the Payment Service Provider (PSP), who is responsible for this data. ANTO.INFO does not process or store this payment data.

Who has access to your data?

ANTO.INFO uses a subcontractor for Site hosting. The subcontractor has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of the data.

In providing the Services, ANTO.INFO may share certain data with service providers or third-party vendors acting on its behalf, strictly for necessary service delivery.

These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
